Beautiful villa located on an elevated position in a tranquil setting with mature gardens, very large sun terraces and swimming pool with magnificent views of the Algarvean landscape towards the sea. The property offers complete privacy and impressive 360 degrees views.
The exterior
The villa has a very nice ambiance and combines modern architecture with the use of natural decorative stones. The property consists of a south facing living room with fireplace, a large dining area and spacious kitchen and TV room, all in open plan in addition to a guest bathroom. There is air conditioning and free Wi-fi throughout the entire property. Down one level you find the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Access from the living room and bedrooms on to the terraces and pool area which features an outside shower and a fitted BBQ. Large terraces.
The Living Area
Access to the property is by tarmac road, the last part is a 1 km track that leads to the villa. A car is recommended and on this location there is a large cobblestone parking area for 6 cars.
