The exterior
The secluded mediterranean landscaped garden and the beautiful pool are ideal to relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

The swimming pool has a large sun terrace and also a covered area with table and chairs.
At the far end of the pool there is an outside shower.
The Living Area
This charming single storey villa consists of a comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a dining area, a kitchen with marble worktop and adjacent utility. There are two good size double bedrooms with wardrobes and two bathrooms (one en-suite with towel heater). Both bedrooms have air conditioning for heating and cooling. In addition the property features electric radiators and heat wafer panels for heating as well as a fireplace (wood burner stove).
From the living room and dining area you have access to a shaded terrace with table and chairs.
There is ample free parking next to the villa.
