This is a peaceful and unspoilt location abundant in olive, almond, carob and orange trees. There are calm paths and tracks for strolling, and the fields are ablaze with wildflowers in the spring.
The exterior
The villa consists of a comfortable open plan living room with a wood burning stove leading to a dining area and kitchen (newly renovated with AEG appliances). There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one is on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Each bedroom integrates a newly renovated bathroom. The property features air – conditioning for cooling and heating (bedrooms & living room), in addition to central heating and a wood burner for heating.
The Living Area
From the inside dining area you have access to a shaded terrace with table and chairs with a barbeque. Beyond that, the secluded landscaped garden and the beautiful pool where you can relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
Outside there are four different terraces – two with a view of the sunset and one with a view of the sea.
The Bedrooms
The property has its own solar system and is therefore CO2-neutral
The pool heating has 12 KW. This leads to a warming of the water of approx. 10 degrees Celsius and is especially ideal in spring and autumn. But it is also very pleasant in winter and summer.
There is free parking outside the entrance of the villa.
