Long term let, a cleverly designed apartment with sliding doors leading to a different terrace from nearly every room. The most has been made of the spacious terrace off the kitchen where sun sets can be enjoyed whilst dining in the evening and loungers allow for afternoon naps in the sun. Impeccably furnished in a contemporary style, with a fully equipped kitchen and built in BBQ. The communal swimming pool with separate pool for toddlers, is only 40 meters away from the apartment. There are several restaurants in easy walking distance and the Roman Bridge in the center of Tavira, is less than a mile away.
The exterior
This property has a large private terrace with table and chairs, fitted BBQ and sun loungers. In addition it has a semi-covered terrace in the front with coffee table and chairs. The swimming pool is nearby with sun terrace and lawn. Adjacent to the pool area there is a children play ground.
The Living Area
The apartment comprises of a hallway leading to the living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, and access to a good size terrace in the front of the apartment. AÂ fully equipped kitchen with natural stone worktop, a dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooking, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The two double bedrooms have built in wardrobes; one bedroom with twin beds and the other bedroom with a double bed. A modern bathroom with bath/shower.
