A cleverly designed apartment with sliding doors leading to a different terrace from nearly every room. The most has been made of the spacious terrace off the kitchen where sun sets can be enjoyed whilst dining in the evening and loungers allow for afternoon naps in the sun. Impeccably furnished in a contemporary style, with a fully equipped kitchen and built in BBQ. The communal swimming pool with separate pool for toddlers, is only 40 meters away from the apartment. There are several restaurants in easy walking distance and the Roman Bridge in the center of Tavira, is less than a mile away.

The apartment comprises two double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes; one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. A modern bathroom with bath/shower. Large sitting room with bed sofa, flat screen Satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooking, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Air conditioning for heating and cooling throughout the apartment. This property has a good size private terrace with table and chairs. The second bedroom with twin beds has an extra TV and DVD Player, ideal for parents with children. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and two children.
The Living Area
The train and bus station are only a few minutes walk away and you can easily get about without a car. Tavira has plenty to offer. It is a lovely old town with a long history. It’s easy to spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it’s many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun. Ilha de Tavira and its famous beach with many small restaurants is only a boat ride away. There are several long sandy beaches (Blue Flag) and four golf courses within a few minutes drive.
