The exterior
The South-facing villa is located on an elevated position of the fully fenced plot and enjoys far reaching views. The property consists of central hallway leading to a very spacious living room with integrated breakfast/dining area and a cozy seating area around the large open fireplace. The design and double height ceilings with decorative wooden beams give the property an airy and comfortable feel. It is easy to fall in love with the charm and grandness of this property! There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes on the ground floor sharing a bathroom in addition to a separate guest w.c. in the hallway. The comfortable country style kitchen is located adjacent to the dining area and has a separate utility/laundry room with washing machine and drying machine. The 1st floor comprises of two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite).
The Living Area
Access from the living room to a covered terrace with various seating/lounge areas leading to the landscaped garden and pool area. The swimming pool is 12.5 meter by 4.5 meter and the depth is from 0.6 meter to 1.6 meter and invites for a good swimming exercise. Due to the maximum depth of 1.6 meter you get to spend more time in the pool as you do not have to be swimming all of the time! Surrounding the swimming pool here are large sun terraces with sunloungers, pergola for shade and large lawn areas to laze away the day in a tranquil and idyllic setting.
