The owner of the apartment has already paid for access to the pool and pool areas of the Fuseta Ria Resort and guests benefits from having access to a swimming pool on the ground floor, w.c.’s, and a second infinity pool on the 1st floor with large sun terrace and sun loungers from where you have spectacular views of the Ria Formosa lagoon towards the ocean. Note: the pool facilities are run by a restaurant. You have access to the pool area and terraces from 09.00 till 19.00 every day of the week (this may be different in the winter, check before booking). The restaurant is open from 15.00 till 01.00 (closed on Sundays). By booking this property you acknowledge that the owner has no responsibility nor control of the opening hours of the restaurant, menu and availability of out door sun loungers, lounge areas and table and chairs. The operators of the Ti Maria Panôramico restaurant may change the lay out and number and availability of sun loungers, tables etc without prior notice and should this be the case you accept that this is not the responsibility of the owner of the apartment.
