Extremely comfortable top floor apartment with magnificent sea view and various large south facing terraces and walking distance to Benamor Golf, the waterfront/sea in Cabanas de Tavira and all amenities. Suitable for summer and winter lets. The apartment is accessible by elevator or staircase. The very large private roof terrace is a real gem and features a lounge area, a Jaccuzi bath, sun lounger and stunning views over roof tops in Cabanas, the Ria Formosa laguna towards the sea.
The exterior
The apartment consists of a hallway leading to the good size living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all in open plan giving a light and airy feeling. Access from both the living room and kitchen onto a south facing terrace with table and chairs, and seating area. From the hallway with family bathroom and walk-in shower a corridor leads to two large double bedrooms both with build-in wardrobes (Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower).
