This stunning and contemporary villa is situated on an elevated position in a peaceful and idyllic location surrounded by mature gardens and fruit trees. The property has large sun terraces and a good sized swimming pool (6x10metres) with spectacular views of the Algarvean landscape towards the sea. The property provides complete privacy as well as amazing 360-degree views from the terraces on the first floor.
The exterior
The Villa consists of 5 spacious bedrooms designed to ensure its guests’ comfort. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, all bedrooms have air conditioning to either cool or heat the room. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the others are on the first floor; two of the bedrooms upstairs have exceptional terraces with outside furniture and fantastic views.
The Living Area
The very spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with central cooking island and American style fridge are open plan, with the living room leading onto the pool terrace. For your entertainment, there is a large flat-screen smart television with international channels and a comfortable sofa. A connectable sound speaker, free Wi-Fi, table football and ping pong are also available for your enjoyment. In addition to the fridge in the kitchen, there is also a fridge for beverages in the sizable pantry adjacent to the kitchen for your convenience. In the hallway you find a guest bathroom.
The idyllic setting is ideal for outdoor entertaining and dining. A large terrace surrounds the pool, complete with sun loungers and seating/dining areas in addition to the outdoor bathroom. There is also a semi-covered BBQ area near the driveway at the property’s entrance, complete with a stone bread oven and dining area.
The Bedrooms
A tarmac road provides complete access to the property and connects to a fully paved driveway with an electric gate. The villa is located 5 kilometres from Santa Catarina Fonte do Bispo, a small village with a few traditional restaurants/ cafés, a bakery, supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, and a petrol station.
Tavira, a picturesque town with a castle and the popular Roman Bridge, is 17 kilometres away. Tavira also has all of the major supermarkets, a daily fresh produce market, numerous restaurants and cafés, and access to several beaches.
The property benefits from 10 sun loungers, sunshades, outside dining and lounge areas, a semi-covered fitted BBQ with bread oven and seating area, international TV channels and fast internet.
