Beautiful single storey villa for Long Term Let located on a very nice location in the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park close to the ocean. The house is located in the middle of a fully fenced plot of land with cobble stone pathways and terraces, a mature garden and a swimming pool.
The exterior
Access from all rooms and the kitchen to the terraces surrounding the house. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a covered dining area with table and six chairs. Swimming pool and outside shower, (4) sun loungers are available. Covered carport for of street parking, electronic entrance gate.
This is an ideal location to enjoy the best the Algarve has to offer. The Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park is an area of natural beauty. A wonderful place for long walks, bird watching or bicycle (can be rented) tours offering visitors many possibilities to observe local fauna and flora. In other words, one of many opportunities to relax and enjoy this special area in the eastern Algarve. Cacela Velha and Fabrica are within walking distance.

From the living room a corridor leads to the good size master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. The house has a very nice ambiance and is finished to a very good, luxury standard with the use of natural materials such as natural stone floor tiles, natural stone kitchen work top, wooden internal shutters and double glazing.
