For entertaining and relaxing it is an ideal place to stay as Tavira is situated on the Ria Formosa which produces sea salt and has a myriad of wild life including flamingos and pretty butterflies. The water ways are busy with yachts, fishing boats and ferries particularly in the summer when visitors hop across the water to the Island of Tavira. The Island has a good choice of restaurants in an otherwise un-spoilt area of outstanding natural beauty. This large three bedroom apartment is located on an elevated position enjoying spectacular views over the historical Center of Tavira towards the sea. It is an ideal base from which to explore the Algarve and the old world charm of the historical Tavira with its many restaurants, cultural events and the famous beach at Ilha de Tavira. The apartment is simply furnished and there is a delightful and spacious terrace with sunawning for entertaining or relaxing with built in BBQ and far reaching views.  A car is not needed but recommended to get the most out of your holiday and to enjoy the many beautiful beaches, water sports and the golf courses near by. Benamor golf is the nearest 18 hole golf course approx. 2,5 kilometer down the road. The golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima are less than a 10 minutes drive away. 

The property comprises an entrance hall leading to the good size living room with dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (2 double beds & 1 twins) all with built in wardrobes.The apartment has a good size, well stocked and equipped kitchen with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & microwave. Pots, pans, coffee making equipment, crockery and cutlery, including BBQ utensils are all provided. There are two bathrooms; one with shower and one with bath. This apartment has air conditioning and a large private roof terrace of approx. 50m2 with table & chairs and built in BBQ; an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the old town.
