It is very easy to lose track of time in this lovely old town. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it's  many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun. The old palace is only a three minutes walk away. The beach of Ilha de Tavira is within walking distance and has many small restaurants. This is a very nice destination all year round. Golf courses are within a few minutes drive. During the summer months there is a boat ferry (only 30 meters away) from the center of town going to Ilha de Tavira and Quatro Aguas.  

This beautiful apartment has been renovated with high specifications. It is tastefully designed and decorated and enjoys a lot of light. Conveniently located in the center of town, everything is within walking distance and a car is not required. The renovation of the apartment building was completed in 2004 with great care, maintaining its old charm and character such as the thick walls which keep the property warm in winter and cool in summer. The apartment consists of a hallway leading to the living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with built in wardrobes and a French balcony) and a spacious bathroom with bath. Access from the living room to a semi-covered terrace with wooden table and chairs.
The apartment has one double bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a single bed and a baby cot, but an extra bed (Z-bed) can be rented from Happy Homes if needed for Euro 40 per week.

Mains water, drainage and electricity. Double glazing, CCTV and internal wooden shutters on all windows.
