This very nice villa consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace (wood burner stove) and open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower in addition to two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition to air conditioning in all rooms (for cooling/heating) this villa has also under floor heating. The under floor heating in combination with the wood burner stove make this property suitable and very comfortable on the occasional chilly winter evening. Access from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom onto (semi-covered) terrace. There are 6 sun loungers available for the large sun terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Adjacent to the covered terrace with seating area you find the outdoor shower. A BBQ is provided. The sky at night is breathtaking as there is no light pollution!
