While walking along its borders, sitting on the Roman bridge or standing at the old castle walls you will experience that time stood still. This very nice villa consists on the ground floor of a spacious living room with fireplace (gas fired) and two sofas, a dining area seating 10 people, a pool table in addition to a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar - all in open plan - and an adjacent utility room with washing machine and dryer. Four double bedrooms with wardrobes of which 3 are located on the ground floor and the very spacious master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has access to a sun terrace with outdoor furniture. All three bathrooms (two en-suite) have a shower and towel heater. In addition to air conditioning in all rooms (for cooling/heating) this villa has also central heating. The central heating in combination with the fireplace make this property suitable and very comfortable on the occasional chilly winter evening. Access from the living room and kitchen onto (semi-covered) terraces. There are 4 sun loungers available. The sky at night is breathtaking as there is no light pollution!
