This bright, modern ground floor three bedroom apartment offers the perfect holiday setting.  Centrally located just north of Tavira and close to town centre it provides easy access and is close to a wide range of water sports, golf courses, restaurants and beautiful Island beaches. All just a short drive from this development.

Both Tavira and Cabanas de Tavira have very nice beaches (Blue Flag). The ferry to the beach on Tavira Island leaves from he quay in front of our office. There are various beach restaurants and bars for refreshments. It is a lively place and has water sport facilities as well as a camping. Cabanas de Tavira is a former fishing village, about 3 Km from Tavira to the East, which is known for its beautiful and clean beaches and friendly atmosphere. The waterfront has recently been renovated and you can walk all along the lagoon passing shops, bars and excellent restaurants facing the Ria Formosa Nature Park. To get to the beach you need to take a 3 minute boat ride to pass the lagoon. Over the boardwalk you get to a kilometres long stretch of white sandy beach, only busy in summer. There are several beaches and golf courses within a few minutes drive and the town center of Tavira is only short drive away. There is a horse riding centre nearby.

The apartment is located in an upmarket area called Quinta Pegada. This well equipped and spacious property consists of a hallway leading to a large living room with fireplace and dining area. Adjacent to the living room you find the fully equipped kitchen with natural stone work top (gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine). There are three double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, and two bathrooms (master bedroom with en-suite). On the French terrace of the kitchen you'll find the BBQ. At the back of this ground floor apartment you find a large lawn area for communal use. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms, TV (Local Portuguese and Spanish channels) and is also suitable for winter letting. No smoking allowed inside the apartment and pets are only allowed after written confirmation from the property management agent. There is plenty of parking space for your car and bicycles can also be rented nearby. Off street private parking is also available in the garage, which can also be used to store bicycles.
