The waterfront has recently been renovated and you can walk all along the lagoon passing shops, bars and excellent restaurants facing the Ria Formosa Nature Park. To get to the beach you need to take a 3 minute boat ride to pass the lagoon. Over the boardwalk you get to a kilometres long stretch of white sandy beach, only busy in summer. There are several beaches and golf courses within a few minutes drive and the town center of Tavira is only short drive away. There is a horse riding centre nearby. The apartment is located in an upmarket area called Quinta Pegada. This well equipped and spacious property consists of a hallway leading to a large living room with fireplace and dining area. Adjacent to the living room you find the fully equipped kitchen with natural stone work top (gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine). There are three double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, and two bathrooms (master bedroom with en-suite). On the French terrace of the kitchen you'll find the BBQ. At the back of this ground floor apartment you find a large lawn area for communal use. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms, TV (Local Portuguese and Spanish channels) and is also suitable for winter letting.
