Very nice luxury villa with swimming pool and large sun terraces on prime location

Location:        Quinta do Perogil, Tavira. Walking distance to town center and all amenities.

Description:   

This very nice, luxurious villa is located on a prime location in a Cul de Sac called Quinta do Perogil and close to Tavira town centre where you find all amenities. Ideal for sun lovers as there are many sun terraces around the house and pool side with (8) sun loungers and tables & chairs. However you can always find a place in the shade if you want to. Underneath a pergola you'll find the outdoor kitchen with fitted BBQ, table and chairs and is perfect for that all important alfresco dining and watch the sun go down. The pool is salt water and gives a far more refreshing feeling than normal chlorinated pools. The villa is set within its own, well maintained private gardens on a fully fenced plot of land. An excellent place to relax and to use as a base to explore all the Algarve as to offer!

The large villa consists of a hallway with guest bathroom with built in wardrobe leading to the large living room (42m) with wood burner stove and adjacent dining room, both enjoying panoramic views and lots of light. Adjacent to the living room you find a covered terrace with table and chairs, which can be closed on a windy day. Beautiful and spacious fully equipped kitchen (Italian design) with top of the range appliances including two fridges, a cooking island with breakfast bar, double sink, natural stone work top and adjacent utility room with freezer. Access from the living room, dining room and kitchen to large semi-covered terraces and salt water swimming pool (10x5m), BBQ area with sink, pergola and fitted natural stone table with chairs. The views from the terraces over the valley are beautiful, especially the picturesque ever changing sky at sunset at the end of the day.

The 1st floor consists of the spacious master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, a bath and a walk-in shower and access to a good size terrace. In addition to two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The master bedroom can be used as a family room, as there are two single beds of 160cm by 200cm each. All other bedrooms have double beds.

From the hallway a staircase leads down to the fourth double bedroom with bathroom with walk-in shower. From here you have direct access to the exterior leading to the sun terraces and swimming pool.

All rooms have air conditioning, blinds and mosquito netting. Access to the garage by remote control via the electronic gate.

Tavira is an ideal place to stay for entertaining and relaxing as it is situated on the edge of the Ria Formosa natural reserve park which produces sea salt and has a myriad of wild life including flamingos and pretty butterflies. The water ways are busy with yachts, fishing boats and ferries particularly in the summer when visitors hop across to the Island of Tavira. The Island has a good choice of restaurants in an otherwise un-spoilt area of outstanding natural beauty. The area boast a great variety of restaurants and cafe's and is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the Algarve, it's many beautiful beaches, water sports and the golf courses near by. Benamor golf is the nearest 18 hole golf course followed by the golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima and all within a short 5 - 7 minute drive.
