The 1st floor consists of the spacious master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, a bath and a walk-in shower and access to a good size terrace. In addition to two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The master bedroom can be used as a family room, as there are two single beds of 160cm by 200cm each. All other bedrooms have double beds. From the hallway a staircase leads down to the fourth double bedroom with bathroom with walk-in shower. From here you have direct access to the exterior leading to the sun terraces and swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning, blinds and mosquito netting. Access to the garage by remote control via the electronic gate. Tavira is an ideal place to stay for entertaining and relaxing as it is situated on the edge of the Ria Formosa natural reserve park which produces sea salt and has a myriad of wild life including flamingos and pretty butterflies. The water ways are busy with yachts, fishing boats and ferries particularly in the summer when visitors hop across to the Island of Tavira. The Island has a good choice of restaurants in an otherwise un-spoilt area of outstanding natural beauty. The area boast a great variety of restaurants and cafe's and is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the Algarve, it's many beautiful beaches, water sports and the golf courses near by. Benamor golf is the nearest 18 hole golf course followed by the golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima and all within a short 5 - 7 minute drive.
