Air conditioning for heating and cooling throughout the apartment. This property has a private roof terrace with sea view. There is also a leather sofa in the sitting room that folds out as a double bed.

Tavira is a beautiful town with white washed houses topped with decorative chimneys clustered around the Gilão river that flows through the town to the deep blue lagoons of the Ria Formosa and finally the sea beyond. Set among orange, fig and almond trees this charming town, which dates back to around 2,000BC, boasts a Moorish Castle and 37 churches. For food lovers there is a daily market selling fresh fish and local produce as well as plenty of restaurants along the quayside, riverbank and on the Island of Tavira. Tavira Island is reached across the blue lagoon on boats that jostle on the quayside to take you to this idilic Island, which is a long stretch of white sand as far as the eye can see.

For golf lovers there is a plethora of golf courses to choose from, e.g. Benamor, Quinta da Ria, Quinta de Cima and Castro Marim or the new Monte Rei Course is a first class addition for the Eastern Algarve.
