Description:              Three bedroom semi-detached villa set in spacious green areas and gardens located in Pedras del Rei with communal swimming pool for adults and children; a unique location and a paradise to discover in the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park with access to the Beach of Barill (Blue Flag Beach). Pedras del Rei is centrally located in the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park just 1.2 mile (2 km) from Santa Luzia, a typical Portuguese fishing village where time stood still, with many local restaurants and bars for refreshments. When staying here, a lunch or dinner in the nearby Casa do Abade in Santa Luzia is strongly recommended for its good service (they go the extra mile) and unpretentious fresh local food. The prices are very reasonable and their speciality "Porco Preto" is a typical dish from the Alentejo where the black pig of this region is fed acorns to give a distinctive flavour. Ask the owner "Tito"  for his recommendation when ordering wine as he has lots of very good local wines at affordable prices. In addition to the communal swimming pool for adults and children, the guests have access without leaving the complex to a kids playground, entertainment programs, supermarket, Kiosque, Boutique, Launderette, bar/snack/ice cream parlor, coffee shop and tennis court. Furthermore, there is a Pedras has a good restaurant called Vale del Rei as well as a Piano bar for late entertainment. On the beach of Barrill, you'll find a self service restaurant, hamburger house, Pizzeria/Creperia, a bar, A  Boutique/handicraft shop, Nautical Club and Massage Service. If you don't like overcrowded beaches, this is the place for you. When arriving at Barrill Beach, even in high season you just walk for 500 meters either way, and you have the beach for your selves! One of the nicest laidback places to visit is Tavira, 3 km (2miles) East of Santa Luzia. It is very easy to lose track of time in Tavira, a lovely old town with a long history where time stood still. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it's many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun. The old palace is nearby and the beach of Ilha de Tavira is within walking distance and has many small restaurants. A visit to the recently renovated Pousada (Inn) is recommended. This is a very nice destination all year round. During the summer months there is a boat ferry from the center of town, opposite the Happy Homes office, going to Ilha de Tavira and Quatro Aguas. The villa is nicely designed and simply decorated featuring rustic wooden furniture and quality fabrics, comprising an entrance hall leading to the living room with dining area and adjacent equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (one with single beds) and three bathrooms, The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, toaster and coffee machine. Access from the living room to the South facing semi-covered terrace with table & chairs and sun loungers. The villa is surrounded by landscaped grounds with ancients olives tree in the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park. Private car port with parking for up to three cars.
