In addition to the fridge in the kitchen, there is also a fridge for beverages in the sizable pantry adjacent to the kitchen for your convenience. In the hallway you find a guest bathroom.

The idyllic setting is ideal for outdoor entertaining and dining. A large terrace surrounds the pool, complete with sun loungers and seating/dining areas in addition to the outdoor bathroom. There is also a semi-covered BBQ area near the driveway at the property's entrance, complete with a stone bread oven and dining area.

A tarmac road provides complete access to the property and connects to a fully paved driveway with an electric gate. The villa is located 5 kilometres from Santa Catarina Fonte do Bispo, a small village with a few traditional restaurants/ cafés, a bakery, supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, and a petrol station.
Tavira, a picturesque town with a castle and the popular Roman Bridge, is 17 kilometres away. Tavira also has all of the major supermarkets, a daily fresh produce market, numerous restaurants and cafés, and access to several beaches.

The property benefits from 10 sun loungers, sunshades, outside dining and lounge areas, a semi-covered fitted BBQ with bread oven and seating area, international TV channels and fast internet.
