This charming light and bright semi-detached villa/cottage is located in idyllic gardens. From the electronic gate a tree lined (mature decorative olive trees, 500 - 700 years of age) cobblestone road leads to the property. From the parking area cobblestone pathways through the gardens lead to the cottage.
The gardens have been designed to attract butterflies and bees. There are many rabbits too. When driving home at the end of the day there will be times that you feel like being in a fairytale with rabbits sitting left and right from the cobblestone driveway. There are many birds, varying from birds of prey, owls, hops, various species of magpies and doves etc. In general a car is recommended, however all amenities are nearby and bicycles and be rented locally for (part) of your stay. They deliver the bicycles to your cottage. The area is relatively flat and if required electrical bicycles can be rented too.

The cottage has a covered terrace at the entrance and consists of a spacious, light and bright living room with dining area and open plan luxury kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a large bathroom with walk-in shower (with rain shower). All rooms have air-conditioning. Access from the living room and bedroom onto a large south facing sun terrace with table & chairs and BBQ. There is a second, circular south facing terrace in the landscaped gardens with sea view and sun loungers.

If needed a cot and/or highchair can be provided at a small cost.

This cottage is of high quality and environmentally friendly. The insulation qualities in combination with the double/triple height, decorative wooden ceilings offer an unparalleled experience while keeping the environmental footprint to a minimum. Due to the good insulation qualities of the property the air conditioning runs more efficient. In addition, the hot water is provided by solar panels. The hot water is stored in purpose build tank with an automatic electric back up if and when needed. Here you can just sit back and relax, re-energize and enjoy the best the Algarve has on offer!
