This location is ideal for those who prefer to get away from it all and those who seek an active holiday as there are many scenic country walks to make and/or for cycling. Here you can still enjoy the authentic Portuguese way of life, while shops, ATM, post office, pharmacy, bakery, cafe's, restaurants etc are only a short 5 minute drive away. Moreover, you can sample excellent homemade Portuguese cuisine in a restaurant only 100 meters away from where you have beautiful views towards the sea!

From the car park area a pathway leads to the entrance of the property consisting of a hallway with family bathroom with walk in shower, a living room with TV and wood burner stove, a fully fitted & equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, cafetière, fridge, micro wave combi oven) and breakfast area. Access from the hallway to the two double bedrooms with air conditioning to either cool or heat the room. Adjacent to the main bedroom is a dressing room which also has a single bed, which is ideal for the younger people who want to be near their parents.

Access from the hallway and kitchen onto the semi-covered south facing terrace with various seating areas including build-in stone benches with decorative Portuguese Azulejos and a table and chairs. The surrounding garden with mature cork oak trees, palmeiras, rosemary and succulents offers many seating areas for shade and sunshine. Adjacent to the house you'll find the above ground swimming pool with sun loungers, a hammock, a dining table with chairs and a fitted BBQ; ideal for that all important Alfresco dining underneath the stars.

Adjacent to the Quinta you'll find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge/freezer.
