The villa

This charming four bedroom/five bathroom villa with swimming pool is approached through electronic gates via a cobblestone drive way which runs to the villa located in the middle of a large plot of land with a large lawn and surrounded by many mature trees; some of which are centuries old. From the entrance to the house, an impressive an tastefully decorated circular hallway with guest bathroom leads to a spacious lounge with wood burner stove, two spacious double bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen you will find the light and bright dining room seating 8 people with access to the pool area and outside dining area with pergola. From the hallway with natural stone stairway you have a good view of the decorative illuminated dome on your way up to the first floor. The 1st floor consists of two good-size double bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom a balcony and access onto a terrace. The basement consists of a large utility room with bathroom and store room with access via internal staircase to the kitchen on the ground floor. Access from all rooms on the ground floor onto cobblestone terraces and partly landscaped and irrigated gardens with lawn, swimming pool, outdoor dining area with pergola, outdoor entertainment area comprising a bar, a summer kitchen with traditional stone oven and BBQ.
