Happy Homes offers a range of administrative services. If required, we handle all contact with public utilities on your behalf. Furthermore we can take care of administrative procedures regarding your property with both local and national authorities.

If you have decided that your property should generate income, it will be our pleasure to market your property on your behalf. We handle both short term- and long term rentals. A listing of your property on our website is free of charge.

We can arrange payment of invoices on your behalf, such as utility bills, insurance cover, government taxes etc. Happy Homes will pay all bills in relation to your property as long as there are sufficient funds in your client account.

Fully itemized financial statements of your client account will be sent to you every three months. Invoices paid by Happy Homes on your behalf are kept on file and you may have access to your file at any time during regular working hours.
