This charming villa offers all you need for a sunny stay close to the coast. Ideal for those how appreciate privacy, tranquility and safety for children while being surrounded by spacious mature gardens. Conveniently located between between Tavira und Olhão, less than a 30 minute drive from Faro International airport.

There is a small and safe sandy beach directly at the village. A water taxi takes you to the large and blue flag beaches on the island of Barril within 10 minutes.    

Fuseta kept it authentic atmosphere, with fishermen’s cabins close to the estuary and boats crossing the coast for the every day’s fresh fish.

This fully and comfortable equipped villa with classic furniture consists of a hallway leading to the living room with dining area and fire place/wood burner stove, three double bedrooms (two double bed, one twin beds) and two bathrooms. This villa has air conditioning only in the living room, in the rest of the house is is not really necessary. In addition to the wood burner stove/fire place, each room has electric heaters which makes it a suitable and comfortable home for winter stays.

Surrounding the fully fenced and children friendly pool there are various sun terraces and lawns for sunbathing including BBQ area. In addition there is a children playground on site.

This part of the coast is part of the nature reserve Ria Formosa, listed on the Unesco World Heritage list. It has the best quality beaches one can find - blue flag - and is an ideal location to unwind in an area without pollution, noise nor industry. It is a preferred location for bird watchers, cyclists and nature lovers. In addition, this area is ideal for country walks. No traffic, no mountains to climb - easy and relaxing. Bicycles can be rented locally or booked and delivered in advance. In other words, one of many opportunities to relax and enjoy this special area in the eastern Algarve.
